Hey Life… Where are you?

‘Busy lives’ and ‘hectic work’ schedules have become stale phrases. Ahem! Wondering why I am using these? It’s simple folks. I am away from my favourite blog for around 8-10 months due to my bread winning efforts. Sounds very filmy right? However, I realized I could never disassociate from kissing my blog regularly.

Moving ahead of these Kiss and Run talks, just as an effort to clarify, if you are thinking that I am holidaying somewhere in Milan or Rome during this sabbatical, let me clarify you, I couldn’t even go to Manali during this time! Come to think of it, with too many hurdles like EMIs, Credit Cards, extensive traveling and bosses at work, it is a great deal to go to Madina in Hyderabad at least for a typical Irani Chai.

By the way, I discovered few grey hair strands, so let me try to do some wise talking. My life during these months made me identify myself with an audio cassette, which we used during those good ol’ times.

Sounds crazy right? Ha-ha! Let me tell you. An audio cassette is definitely one of the very good possessions one could get back then, in fact even now, due to its nostalgic effect. On the flip side, despite an audio cassette has most creative work, but its creativity is restricted between only start and stop. You never know when you are paused or stopped. Mechanically creative, isn’t it?

If you can recollect, an audio cassette’s life was short lived as once the interests die down, we always had the chance to record something else on the existing tapes. Similar is the case in the corporates. You never know when your management makes you to listen to their music or when they change the playlist, either ways, they are bad surprises.

Drifting towards ‘funnylosophy’ (Funny + Philosophy), of late, I am at times enjoying the thought of getting spaced out during my business meetings and simply visualize the milieu. Man! It is extremely funny because, one can come across so many fundas, concepts and strategies that are baseless, senseless and hopeless.

It is supremely hilarious because, we all do these for happy living. But, where is ‘happy’ and where has ‘living’ gone? I believe we are only leading lives. Not to forget, the basics of rationale thinking were crucified along with Jesus Christ.

More importantly, this absence from the blog also made me pick up some more weight. All blame to my kid. Sounds ridiculous? But it is the truth, let me tell you how. My kid’s baby steps and killer smiles make me forget every thought in this world.

This thoughtless reaction is leading me to watch my kid’s every move and gesture and in the excitement I am celebrating more food and drinks without my cognizance. And lot more Coffees, Smokes and Laughs are certainly there to share, which are in the process of hitting your search results.
